"Great elegance, fine intonation, and a perfection of interplay that can only arise from decades of familiarity" - siblings Isolde, Carmen and Julian Dreßler have been immersed in music since their earliest childhood. Growing up in a family of musicians, playing music together in various ensembles enriched their musical education. They have been performing as a piano trio since their youth and have received musical inspiration from Andreas Seidel, Gerald Fauth, Klaus Hertel, Peter Bruns, and Caspar Frantz, among others.
The ensemble delights audiences and critics alike: "intimate and moving”, "romantic fervor", "an exceptionally refined trio sound" - these are some of the qualities that characterize the ensemble.
A particular focus of the ensemble is exploring the vibrancy and humanity in music and making this tangible for the audience. The piano trio enjoys enriching its diverse programs with duo and solo pieces, occasionally including Irish and Hungarian folk music, jazz, and contemporary works alongside classical pieces.
The ensemble members are winners of national and international competitions and received a scholarship from the non-profit foundation "Yehudi Menuhin Live Music Now Leipzig" e.V..
